Sacred Shift
An 8-week, ritual-centered group supporting alcohol-free living.
In-person • Limited to 10 participants
A gentle, grounded kind of support.
Sacred Shift is a small-group offering for people who are alcohol-free or sober-curious and wanting support that feels grounded, gentle, and human. This is not a recovery program. It’s a nervous-system-informed, ritual-centered space for those choosing to live without alcohol and wanting tools, community, and steadiness along the way.
Rather than relying on willpower or restriction, Sacred Shift supports the body itself through ritual, reflection, and practices that help you feel present, regulated, and connected.
A different kind of alcohol-free support.
Many people turn to alcohol to soften stress, regulate emotions, or feel more at ease socially. When alcohol is removed, the nervous system is often left without the support it relied on.
Sacred Shift exists to meet that missing layer, offering nervous-system tools, ritual, and community so alcohol-free living doesn’t feel lonely, rigid, or overwhelming.
This work is about support, not discipline.
About presence, not perfection.
Support that meets the nervous system.
Sacred Shift weaves together:
nervous-system education
somatic and breath-based practices
guided reflection and journaling
meditation and ritual
small-group connection
We also work with Amanita Muscaria, a legal, non-psychedelic plant ally that supports the same calming pathways alcohol temporarily affects — without numbing or disconnecting. Amanita Muscaria is introduced thoughtfully, with education, consent, and care, and is included in the program.
This combination allows the body to experience steadiness from within, making the alcohol-free path feel more sustainable and supported.
This space may be right for you if you…
are alcohol-free or sober-curious
want support without labels or pressure
feel drawn to ritual, grounding, and nervous-system care
are navigating life without alcohol and want community
want tools that help you feel more regulated and present
This is not:
a recovery or 12-step program
a clinical or medical offering
a psychedelic experience
What to expect
Over eight weeks, we gather in person to be witnessed, supported, and held in community. Our time together centers on connection, shared reflection, gentle teaching, and ritual — creating a steady container you can return to each week.
The deeper practices live beyond our circles.
After each gathering, you’ll receive guided meditations, breathwork, somatic practices, and journaling prompts to move through at your own pace. This allows our in-person time to feel spacious and relational, while giving you practical tools to integrate throughout the week.
In our time together, you can expect:
ritual and grounding to open and close our circle
shared reflection and gentle check-ins
nervous-system education and framing
community presence and being witnessed
space to integrate what’s unfolding
Between sessions, you’ll receive:
guided meditation recordings
breathwork and somatic practices
journaling prompts and reflections
simple integration invitations
The pace is gentle.
The container is supportive.

Some shifts ask more of us and deserve to be held.
Living without alcohol can open clarity and possibility, and it can also ask us to meet ourselves more fully. Sacred Shift offers a steady, ritual-centered community to support this transition — with nervous-system care, shared presence, and space for what’s real.
There’s no rush, no performance, and no right way to be here.
You’re invited to begin … alongside others, and at your own pace.
