Weekly rituals for rest, healing and connection.
Our weekly classes are more than just movement — they’re a space to reconnect with yourself and others in ritual and rhythm. Rooted in nervous system healing, rest, and intention, each class invites you to show up exactly as you are. We believe that healing in community holds a special kind of magic. Whether you’re easing into your morning or winding down your day, these classes offer an anchor in the week, and a gentle nudge toward coming home to yourself.
*Please note: Rise & Restore and Rest as Resistance are currently on pause until early November.

Restorative Yoga + Reiki + Sharing & Reflection Circle
Thursdays at 7PMThis class is a soft place to land after a long week. Slow down with supported restorative postures, hands-on or hands-hovering Reiki, and guided rest. We’ll close with space to share or simply be witnessed — because there is power in being together. Rest as Resistance honors rest not as indulgence, but as a radical act of reclaiming your nervous system and your worth.
