A community and ritual studio in downtown Bend, OR
Pine & Prism was created to be a gathering place for connection, creativity, and collective healing. Our studio is available to rent for small workshops, ceremonies, gatherings, or creative projects that align with our mission of fostering inclusivity, embodiment, and reverence for the earth and one another.
This is a space for heart-centered work — for practitioners, facilitators, artists, and community builders who value respect, equity, and belonging.
If your offerings or values do not align with these principles — including any support of discriminatory, exclusionary, or extremist ideologies — this will not be the right space for you.

A Note on Offerings
We welcome facilitators, practitioners, and creators whose work complements Pine & Prism’s mission and offerings. Our goal is to nurture a thriving ecosystem of collaboration — not competition.
We love hosting ceremonies, rituals, and immersive gatherings that bring new perspectives, practices, and voices into the space. To maintain clarity and energetic integrity, we simply ask that offerings feel distinct from Pine & Prism’s own sessions — carrying their own essence, lineage, or facilitation style rather than mirroring existing services like Reiki or microdosing coaching.
If your work overlaps in theme but has a unique lens or approach, we’d love to explore it. When in doubt, reach out — we’re always open to thoughtful conversation and collaboration.
Our Alcohol-Free Policy
Pine & Prism is an alcohol-free space. We’ve seen firsthand how alcohol culture can disconnect us from our bodies and each other, and we’re committed to creating an environment that fosters clarity, connection, and genuine presence.
We lovingly invite you to explore alternatives that align with that intention — like mocktails, functional elixirs, and herbal blends. These can be beautiful ways to support grounding, creativity, and community while honoring the spirit of the space.
House Agreements
To help keep Pine & Prism feeling peaceful, cared-for, and welcoming for all, we ask that renters honor these simple agreements:
Shoes off in the studio to protect flooring and energy.
Candles or incense are welcome — please use the provided trays or dishes beneath them.
Leave the space as you found it: return props, tidy surfaces, and take trash with you.
Volume awareness: our downtown building has neighbors — please keep music and conversation to respectful levels.
Energy awareness: clear your setup items mindfully and close your gathering with intention, so the space is ready for whoever arrives next.
These guidelines help ensure the studio remains a sanctuary for everyone who enters.

Hourly (2-hour min.) $60/hr $70/hr
Half Day (4 hours) $200 $250
Full Day (8 hours) $375 $450

Booking and Alignment
Before booking, please complete our short rental inquiry form. This helps us understand your event, alignment with Pine & Prism’s mission, and any specific needs. Once approved, we’ll send a rental agreement and link to secure your date.
