Create your own wellness week in Bend, Oregon
Bend may be known for its endless outdoor adventures, but it’s also a sanctuary for those seeking rest, restoration, and a deeper connection with themselves. Whether you're planning a solo retreat, a nourishing getaway with friends, or just want to bring more intention into your vacation, we invite you to craft your own wellness week right here in Central Oregon.
Here’s a loose itinerary you can follow — or adapt it to meet you where you are. These are the places and practices we love, including some of our very own Pine & Prism offerings.
Monday: Ground into your week at Rise & Restore
Start your time in Bend with intention. Our Rise & Restore class is held every Monday at 7 a.m. at Pine & Prism — a cozy, light-filled studio tucked in downtown Bend. This donation-based offering includes gentle movement, a restful Yoga Nidra meditation, journaling, and Reiki support. It’s an invitation to slow down and begin your week from a grounded, heart-centered place.
Tuesday: Steam, soak, and soften at Gather Sauna House
After a day of hiking or exploring, treat your nervous system to a reset at Gather Sauna House. Their wood-fired sauna sessions and cold plunges are rooted in community and ritual — a beautiful way to detox, drop in, and connect to the present moment.
Wednesday: Reiki + Psilocybin Mini Journey
Midweek, deepen your healing with one of our signature group sessions. Our Reiki + Psilocybin Mini Journeys offer a sacred pause — supported by psilocybin and Reiki — to attune to what’s stirring beneath the surface. Held in small groups of four, each 3-hour session includes a brief meditation and extended Reiki support while the medicine works within you. Learn more about our mini journeys →

Thursday: Yoga, breath, and bodywork
Drop into your body with a class at Tula Movement Arts or Yoga Shala — two beloved local studios offering everything from slow somatics to soulful vinyasa. Whether you’re craving stillness or sweat, there’s something here to support your practice. Cap off the day with a soak at the St. Francis School Soaking Pool — a tranquil saltwater pool tucked inside a historic Catholic school-turned-hotel. Surrounded by mosaic tiles and warm lighting, it's like slipping into a sacred space.
Friday: Herbal elixirs & slow meals
Take yourself on a date to The Peoples Apothecary for a custom herbal tea blend or tincture, or sip a nourishing elixir at Fix & Repeat, Backporch Coffee Roasters, or Jackson’s Corner, where seasonal, local ingredients turn every meal into a love letter to your body. Let your nourishment be part of the practice — a slow, sensual act of self-care.
Saturday: Forest wander & altar offerings
Spend a morning among the trees at Shevlin Park or along the Deschutes River Trail. Bring your journal, a thermos of tea, and something to offer — a flower, a stone, your breath. Let the forest receive you. Or, if you’re craving deeper connection and gentle guidance, book an event with Wildland Guiding Company — they offer mindful, nature-based experiences that blend movement, presence, and place-based ritual.
Sunday: Home ritual & integration
Close out your wellness week with a home ritual. Light a candle. Reflect on what softened, what stirred, what stayed with you. If you joined us for a journey or class, revisit the practices that spoke to you. Remember — integration isn’t just a step, it’s the path.
