Create your own wellness week in Bend, Oregon

Bend often gets celebrated for its hiking trails and wild adventure, but there’s another invitation here — one to slow down, soften, and meet yourself in the quiet spaces. Whether you’re visiting or calling this place home, here’s a gentle blueprint for building your own wellness week — one you can adapt, abandon, or flow through as it feels right.

These are practices and places we love. Use them as a guide, not an obligation.

Monday — Ground & Begin

Start your week with intention. Join Rise & Restore, a morning ritual we hold weekly at 7 a.m.: gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, journaling, and Reiki support. Let your nervous system slow its drum, and begin from a place of openness.

Tuesday — Journey In

Finish the day by leaning into the inward turn. Our Reiki + Psilocybin Mini Journeys are a small-group container held with care: meditation, extended Reiki support, and space for what wants to arise. It’s not meant to fix — it’s meant to witness. (Spots are limited.)

Wednesday — Soften in Ceremony

After exploration or hike, treat your body to ritual rest. Gather Sauna House offers wood-fired sauna and cold plunge ceremonies rooted in community and elemental care. It’s a practice of dropping into presence through heat + cold, ritual + breath.

Thursday — Move, Breathe, Release

Return to your body. Explore the movement arts at Love Bird Yoga or Yoga Shala — whether with somatics, slow flow, or steady breath — then soak at the salted pool at St. Francis Soaking Pool. Let your body feel held in water, stillness, and union with place.

Friday — Nourish & Embody

Let your nourishment be ritual. Visit The People’s Apothecary for herbal support; linger at Fix & Repeat or Jackson’s Corner for seasonal, local food that feels like medicine. Let your meals be an altar to your body.

Saturday — Wander & Offer

Step into land medicine. Walk forest trails at Shevlin Park or near the Deschutes River. Bring a journal, a flower or stone to offer, a breath to release. If you desire guidance, check with Wildland Guiding Company for nature-based experiences that blend presence, movement, and ritual.

Sunday — Integrate & Gentle Ritual

Close your week with simplicity. Light a candle. Revisit the practices that spoke to you. Reflect on what shifted, softened, or resisted. Allow your integration to breathe with you — not as another task, but as the thread that weaves growth into your being.

An Invitation

You don’t need to move through all of this to receive something. The medicine lies in choice, attention, and permission. At Pine & Prism, we offer:

  • 1:1 microdosing coaching

  • Reiki sessions

  • Community gatherings & healing events

  • Trauma-informed support

To explore, begin here.
