Intuitive Messages + Reiki Integration
Returning to Center is a gentle, intentional offering designed to help you pause, receive guidance, and come back into alignment — without rushing or forcing clarity.
This collaboration between Sarah Noble and Rach with Pine & Prism blends intuitive insight with energetic support, followed by unhurried time to integrate what unfolds.
Each guest moves through the experience individually within a shared studio setting.
You’ll begin with 20 minutes receiving intuitive messages from your Soulguides with Sarah, offering reflection, validation, and guidance for the chapter you’re stepping into. From there, you’ll transition into 10 minutes of Reiki with Rach, supporting grounding, integration, and allowing what came through to settle more fully in the body.
After your sessions, you’re invited into the Integration Station — a quiet, open space to journal, sip tea, reflect, or simply sit with your experience. There’s no rush to leave. You’re welcome to take your time and head out when you feel complete.
While a few others may be moving through the space at the same time, this is not a group experience or workshop. Each person receives their own intuitive messages and Reiki support, held with care and intention.
