A workshop for tending the most important relationship.
The relationship you hold with yourself shapes everything else in your life. This gathering is an invitation to slow down and turn toward that relationship with care — to notice it, tend it, and honor it through simple, meaningful practices.
Throughout the evening, we’ll move gently through a series of offerings. We’ll work with seasonal flowers, arranging them slowly as an offering to yourself. Your flowers will be placed in a vase to take home — a quiet reminder that beauty and care deepen with attention.
You’ll be guided through a practice of self-witnessing: writing truths you know about yourself — your strength, your capacity, the qualities you value and trust. These reflections will be placed in a small vessel, creating something you can return to when you need grounding or remembering.
Together with Root & Ritual Herbals, you’ll create a bath sachet using thoughtfully chosen herbs — a way to carry this care into your home and body in the days that follow.
With Slow Season Yoga, you’ll move through a quiet yin practice that supports rest and regulation, inviting the body to soften and settle.
At the heart of the experience is a guided meditation, supported by Reiki, inviting you into connection with your higher self — the steady presence within that knows your wholeness.
