Come spend an evening making something with your hands, connecting with yourself and sharing space with other people who identify as women.
Craft & Connect is a cozy community circle weaving together creativity, breath, meditation and sound. You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and a higher self meditation before settling in to create your own bracelet. The evening will close with the sounds of crystal singing bowls.
There’s no experience needed and nothing you need to be particularly “good” at. This is simply a space to slow down, get creative and connect—with yourself and with the people gathered around you.
