Free Community Class: Rooted in Refuge
Wednesday, April 30 · 4:30–5:30 PM
We’re welcoming a new offering into the Pine & Prism space — and you’re invited to experience it first.
Rooted in Refuge is a gentle, somatic-based practice that blends slow, floor-based movement with moments of stillness and embodied meditation. This free class is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore a different way of moving — one that prioritizes awareness over effort.
You’ll be guided through subtle, intentional movements — sliding, gliding, unwinding — alongside space for pause and quiet noticing. Rather than pushing or striving, we soften and listen.
A space to land.
A space to recalibrate.
A space to return to yourself.
This practice is inspired by SATYA — Somatic Awareness Through Yoga Attunement — a method that supports nervous system regulation, mobility, and embodied awareness through small, intentional movement.
Erin brings a deeply human approach to her teaching, shaped by years of caregiving, end-of-life support, and a lifelong relationship with yoga. Her classes are warm, intuitive, and grounded in the understanding that our practice meets us exactly where we are.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
This class is offered free as a way to connect, explore, and introduce this new weekly offering. Space is limited — save your spot here.
