Free Community Class: Rooted in Refuge
Thursday, April 30 · 4:30–5:30 PM
We’re welcoming a new offering into the Pine & Prism space — and you’re invited to experience it first.
This practice is a place to land.
Through long-held, supported yin postures, we create space in the body while gently anchoring the mind in breath and awareness. With Erin’s warm and steady guidance, this class offers a quiet, compassionate container — one that invites you to slow down, tune inward, and rest in what’s here.
In a world that asks us to keep moving, this is your time to pause.
A space to soften.
A space to listen.
A space to return to yourself.
Erin brings a deeply human approach to her teaching, shaped by years of caregiving, end-of-life support, and a lifelong relationship with yoga. Her classes are warm, intuitive, and rooted in the understanding that our practice meets us exactly where we are.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
This class is offered free as a way to connect, explore, and introduce this new weekly offering. Space is limited — save your spot here.
