Free Community Class: Rest in Rhythm
Thursday, May 7 · 7–8 AM
We’re welcoming a new morning offering into the Pine & Prism space — and you’re invited to experience it first.
This is a quiet place to begin.
Through slow, floor-based movement and supported postures, we’ll gently settle into the body — creating space to notice, feel, and come back into rhythm with your breath.
This practice moves at an unhurried pace, inviting you inward without expectation. Props are used throughout to support ease and comfort, allowing the body to be met exactly as it is.
We’ll close with an extended rest, accompanied by guided meditation and live sound. A space to be still, to listen, and to be held in something steady.
A soft landing for your morning.
A return point you can come back to, again and again.
Lisa brings a grounded, thoughtful approach shaped by over 20 years of teaching yoga, along with her work in sound healing and education. Her offerings are both trauma-informed and science-based, supporting rest, sleep, and overall well-being through intentional movement, meditation, and sound.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
This class is offered free as a way to connect, explore, and introduce this new weekly offering. Space is limited — save your spot here.
