The Breadth of Breath is a 75-minute, guided experience to reconnect with your breath as a living, responsive part of your body.
We’ll begin with gentle, hands-on self-massage and rib mobility practices to create space through the diaphragm, ribs, and surrounding muscles—supporting a fuller, more easeful breath.
From there, you’ll be guided through breathwork designed to support your nervous system, deepen your capacity for presence, and invite a more steady, supported internal rhythm.
We’ll close with slow, somatic movement to help your body integrate what’s opened—so this new relationship with your breath can carry into your everyday life.

About Stephanie Comella:
Stephanie Comella is an exercise physiologist, NCPT-certified Pilates teacher, and clinical movement educator whose work integrates Pilates, somatic movement, and osteopathic-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and whole-body healing.
Through her program, Zebrafish Neuro, she supports individuals who have experienced neurological trauma and other complex neurological conditions. She has been guiding individuals in their healing journeys since 2011.
