Who is microdosing for?
There’s no one type of person who microdoses.
No single reason. No single story.
Some come to it out of curiosity.
Some come with heartbreak still humming beneath the surface.
Some come because nothing else has helped them feel like themselves again.
Microdosing isn’t a magic fix.
But it can be a gentle doorway.
A way to soften the noise, come back to the body, and remember what it feels like to be with yourself.
Some of the folks I work with are:
Trying to access joy again—after grief, burnout, or years of numbness
Recovering from trauma and learning to feel safe in their bodies
Navigating brain fog, low energy, or cycles of disconnection
Moving through big life transitions—new identities, new seasons, new questions
Reconnecting with their creativity, intuition, or sense of purpose
Learning to live more intentionally and less reactively
Looking for a way to deepen their healing, not escape from it
Some are seasoned seekers.
Some are brand new to plant medicine.
Some are therapists, artists, caretakers, parents, teachers, engineers.
The common thread isn’t what they do.
It’s what they long for.
More presence.
More meaning.
More truth.
More access to the parts of themselves that have felt far away.
Who microdosing isn’t for:
Microdosing isn’t a match for everyone.
If you’re in acute crisis, struggling with certain mental health conditions, or taking specific medications, this may not be the right path right now.
And that’s okay.
Part of honoring the work is knowing when it’s not time.
Microdosing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming closer to who you already are.
Layer by layer.
Breath by breath.
If that speaks to something inside you,
You’re not alone.
You’re right on time.
